After a pleasant night in one of our comfortable rooms, the PrimaVera team welcomes you at the gourmet breakfast buffet.
We offer a selection of sausage cuts and cheese. You can also enjoy sliced tomatoes and mozzarella, cucumber, freshly prepared scrambled egg or fried eggs fresh from the pan, Nuremberg sausages and fresh poultry rissoles, delicious house-made spreads, cream cheeses and butter, some houseamde jam and chocolate cream as well as a selection of fresh fruits and freshly made fruit salad, muesli, yogurt and other wholesome foods. Not only vegetarians and vegans love our “Franconian antipasti”, our briefly fried vegetables. Freshly brewed coffee and specialties from the coffeemaker, a large assortment of excellent teas as well as milk, cocoa and orange juice are also available for you.
Different types of breads and rolls, croissants, full-grain breads, house-made cakes and house-made sweet baked goods round off the breakfast experience.
We offer even more to choose from on Sundays and holidays: salmon and smoked fish specialties as well as fresh fried chicken and tofu on the spit make our buffet even more comprehensive.
